Hey beautiful — I’m Heather Owens, founder of Trifecta Wellness™ and creator of LuminaFit™, your favorite luxury fitness studio and online lifestyle brand built for women who want it ALL: confidence, radiance, sensuality, strength, and soul.

With over 20 years of experience teaching movement, a Master’s in Business, a career as a Clinical Nurse Educator, and a heart on fire for helping women thrive — I’ve turned my personal glow-up into a mission to help YOU rewrite your story and fall in love with your life.

From hip-hop dance floors to hospital boardrooms, from hotel rooftops to yoga mats in my living room — I’ve lived every side of the hustle. I’ve battled trauma, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt… and came out on the other side radiant, whole, and wildly in love with myself.

Now? I help other women do the same.
