As kids, our emotions are simple: joy, love, kindness, excitement. Then life happens. We grow, we hit puberty, and suddenly embarrassment, anxiety, self-doubt, fear, and frustration show up. Anger has always been there, but it takes on new intensity.
That message hit home. It reminded me that navigating emotions is part of being human. But when I pair those emotions with spirituality—when I lean into God’s presence—I find peace, clarity, and strength that I simply can’t manufacture on my own.
🔮 Faith, Frequency & Feelings
I believe in both faith and science.

Faith: For me, it’s God and the Holy Spirit. That relationship anchors me in love.

Science: Neuroscience shows us that prayer, meditation, and gratitude literally rewire the brain, lower stress hormones, and increase serotonin and dopamine.

Energy: Physics teaches us everything carries a vibration. Joy, peace, and gratitude raise our frequency. Anxiety, fear, and resentment lower it. But all emotions are teachers—they’re signals, not enemies.
When you combine the three—faith, psychology, and frequency—you step into alignment. You become both grounded and expansive.

Whether you call it God, the Universe, Source, Spirit, or Higher Self—spirituality matters. Here’s why:
